Hefei University of Technology’s power electronics and motor control training equipment successfully passed acceptance

I. Specifications of Motor Control Training Equipment

  1. Tabletop: E1 grade melamine composite board, tabletop thickness ≥25mm.
  2. Supported by four industrial aluminum profile columns, the main structure is connected by two C-shaped aluminum die-casting components on the left and right sides, with electrostatic spraying finish. Tabletop height: 800mm±10mm, with a supporting frame under the tabletop, bearing capacity ≥300Kg. The columns are made of industrial aluminum profiles with anodized surface treatment; equipped with four universal caster wheels for adjustment.

II. Power Supply Module

  1. AC Power Supply: Provides three-phase 0~450V adjustable AC power, and can also provide single-phase 0~250V adjustable AC power. Equipped with one three-phase coaxial electric autotransformer (9kVA, 0~450V). The adjustable AC power supply has input phase loss protection, output short circuit and overcurrent protection functions, protecting against phase-to-phase and line-to-line overcurrent, direct short circuit, and input phase loss. The power supply module is controlled by a start/stop button and features leakage current audible and visual alarms, overvoltage protection, phase sequence protection, and phase loss protection. It is equipped with a three-phase intelligent meter that can indicate the three-phase mains voltage and three-phase regulated voltage via a switch.
  2. DC Power Supply
    ① DC Excitation Power Supply: One 0-250V (3A) adjustable DC regulated excitation power supply with short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, under-excitation protection, and overvoltage protection. The DC voltage output is adjusted via a potentiometer knob on the panel. It is equipped with one digital DC voltmeter and one digital DC ammeter to monitor and measure the excitation power supply output. The measurement range is 0-1000V, 0-5A, with an accuracy of 0.5 class. It has RS-485 and wireless communication interfaces for remote control.
    ② Synchronous Motor/DC Motor Excitation Power Supply: 0~100V(4A)/0~250V(3A), with short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and overvoltage protection. The DC voltage output is adjusted via a potentiometer knob on the panel. It is equipped with one digital DC voltmeter and one digital DC ammeter to monitor and measure the excitation power supply output. The measurement range is 0~500V, 0~5A, with an accuracy of 0.5 class. It has a 485 and wireless communication interface, enabling remote control.
    ③ Armature Power Supply: One 0~250V(20A) adjustable DC regulated armature power supply (overcurrent, short-circuit, and overvoltage protection, audible and visual alarm function). The DC voltage output is adjusted via a potentiometer knob on the panel. It is equipped with one digital DC voltmeter and one digital DC ammeter to monitor and measure the armature power supply output. The measurement range is 0~1000V, 0~20A, with an accuracy of 0.5 class. It has a 485 and wireless communication interface, enabling remote control.

III. Intelligent Measuring Instrument Module

  1. Three intelligent DC voltmeters: Measurement range 0–1000V, accuracy class 0.5, automatic range switching, user-configurable voltage protection value, and over-range alarm function. Features RS-485 and wireless communication interfaces.
  2. Three intelligent DC ammeters: Measurement range 0–20A, accuracy class 0.5, automatic range switching, user-configurable current protection value, and over-range alarm function. Features RS-485 and wireless communication interfaces.
  3. Three intelligent AC voltmeters: Measurement range 0–500V, accuracy class 0.5, automatic range switching, user-configurable voltage protection value, and over-range alarm output function. Features RS-485 and wireless communication interfaces.
  4. Three intelligent AC ammeters: Measurement range 0–20A, accuracy class 0.5, automatic range switching, user-configurable voltage protection value, and over-range alarm output function. Features RS-485 and wireless communication interfaces. 5. Two intelligent single-phase and three-phase power meters and power factor meters, and one total power meter: These meters utilize a dedicated DSP to calculate active power, reactive power, single-phase power, and three-phase power, with an accuracy of 0.5 class. The voltage and current ranges are 500V and 20A respectively. They can measure the active power, reactive power, power factor, and load characteristics of the load. They also feature RS-485 and wireless communication interfaces.
